Quels sont les facteurs de risque de la crise d’asthme très grave ? Le Volume en Expiration Forcée < 79% de la valeur théorique, le rapport Volume en Expiration Forcée / Capacité Vitale Forcée < 75%, et particulièrement la perte de l’élasticité pulmonaire sont des facteurs de risque pour développer une crise d’asthme très grave. La perte de l’élasticité pulmonaire chez les patients asthmatiques est associée à l’âge, à la durée de la maladie, et à la limitation expiratoire progressive de flux d’air.
